Unable to access pins

I have used this file to generate fakeram macro and instantiated with my design.

But its fail during detail routing as unable to access the rd_out[0] pins.

I got update from expert as follows:

This fakeram isn't very good.  The pin shape is too close to the power stripe and is an EOLviolation.  Any attempt to access the pin triggers the same.
The rule is
 PROPERTY LEF58_EOLKEEPOUT "
 EOLKEEPOUT 0.025 EXTENSION 0.048 0.02425 0.048 CORNERONLY ;
 " ;

You'll need to fix the LEF to make this work.

Can someone help how/where to update to fix this issue?
