Registration page / captcha appears broken

Hello,

I am trying to register for ADE20K full dataset access, but the registration page seems broken.

Problems I encountered:

1. The registration page does not render correctly.
2. The captcha/security code image does not load.
3. Because of this, I cannot complete the registration form.

Could you please check whether the registration system is currently working, or advise an alternative registration/download method?

I would be happy to provide screenshots if needed.
