What happened?
There are bidirectional relations like Xref: Term A ---Xref---> Term B simultaneously also means Term B ---Xref---> Term A.
In many OBO-ontologies, Xrefs are not realized in both directions since that would be too cumbersome for the bigger ontology (imagine the largest ontologies having thousands of Xrefs onto their terms from much smaller, almost unknown ones and they all should be updated for this).
What did you expect?
Because of that, the parser should always realize them bidirectionally.
E.g., when there's only Term A ---Xref---> Term B, the parser should also create the reversed relation Term B ---Xref---> Term A.
