Merfolk raider doesn't start game.

Describe the bug
Went to a cave for Onyx Compass quest.
After starting game with Merfolk raider, can hear shuffling sound but game won't proceed.
No hand, no buttons. Game is still operating and concede.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Merfolk raider in cave
2. Start game
3. Doesn't start.

Game to start
