Disabling IPv6 causes failure when adding routing on Linux

Description

If I disable IPv6 on my system and try to connect to a location which has some v6 Allowed IPs configured I cannot connect to a location. I see an error message.

The service fails when adding routing for the v6 allowed IPs with a following error:

ERROR defguard_wireguard_rs::netlink: Failed to add WireGuard interface route: Netlink payload error: Permission denied (os error 13)

Reenabling IPv6 fixes the problem.
