99 problems and $$$$ is one of them

When the '$' symbol is sent from sms, it comes in to the delegator as a '¤' aka the currency sign ¤ . No clue why, but unicode works flawlessly which is nice

Now when the '$' symbol is sent the '¤' (U+00A4) symbol is not received, instead the 🙌 (U+1F64C) symbol is received. wtf I have no clue what is going on. The change could possible be due to the switch from sinchsms to twilio.
