gRPC: Add support for FieldMask in queries #1303
Description
UTXO RPC spec spec provides a way of selecting fields in response. Currently cardano-rpc returns all fields. This requires implementing of FieldMask in Haskell. See the Java implementation for details: https://protobuf.dev/reference/java/api-docs/com/google/protobuf/FieldMask
