Re-order The Sessions Folder

Issue description

There are multiple sub menues in the sessions section and redundant folders/ files.

Proposed change

• Remove the extra Media and Resource folders unde Developer Experience Working Group (Q1: Oct–Dec 2025)
• Move the Resources folder to under opportunities Developer Experience Working Group (Q1: Oct–Dec 2025)/Sessions/Session02: Dev Opportunities`
• Update the Resources file, now under Opportunities to show the PDF directly rather than having a link.
• There are two Developer Experience Working Group sub menues, remove the one titled Developer Experience Working Group (Q1: Oct–Dec 2025)
• The acceptable structure should me Developer Experience Working Group-> Sessions
