All button areas are smaller than they appear.

A problem that made me think I was clicking on the far right and far left edges.
Then I realized this was actually happening with all keys.
The position of the edge keys restricts them even further.

As I marked, the middle sections only respond, and no animation appears when the side buttons are not pressed exactly in the center.

What particularly caught my attention is that it is as limited as the effect area.

Initially, I thought it was side padding and narrowed it down, but the same problem persisted, so the problem is not the size, but the inherent limitation of the key area.

though the red parts are included in the gray area, they don't work.
Only the green parts are working. Also, there is no click animation at the far right and far left edges.
