Documentation has too many levels - missing section: [sect5]

Hello,

The indidivual documents look fine, but they are inluded with some extra level, so
the "====" turns into "=====" which is not existing.

I am a bit surprised that this isn't an existing issue.

One solution is to alter the docs, but often there really does seem to be a good reason to use that 4th level.

The last time I looked there seemed to be a hard limit at ===== but looking now, it does look like a 5th level is allowed:
