Loop staying red even after bg entered in HUD in response to temporary cgm reading failure

Describe the bug
I get a brief sensor error followed by a prompt in the HUD for an updated bg reading which i respond to with a new reading. The reading is shown in loop but loop doesn't go back to green until cgn readings come back later.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Receive a brief sensor error
2. Wait for loop to prompt for updated bg
3. enter bg
4. notice that loop never goes back to green

Expected behavior
Loop stays red until cgm recovers

timeline in local cst
930 - got brief sensor error
948 - i noticed bg prompt in HUD even though I didn't get a loop failure message yet. I did enter an updated bg which showed in loop
951 - received loop failure message but my manually entered bg is displayed
952 - I select the bolus button and am not prompted for a finger-stick reading but are shown an updated bolus which i cancel out of. note that loop is still red.
957 - recovered from brief sensor error with updated bg value and loop went back to green

Not sure if it's relevant but I did check pump details and Firmware version is 4.10.0 and BLE FW Version is 1.4.0. Lot number is 140012449.
