MapML preview link zoom and extent are incorrect

This may only apply to remote cascaded layers, tbd; not observed in the shipped GeoServer data to date.

Steps to reproduce:

Add a Datastore from a remote WMS e.g. the digital surface model wms
Publish a layer, e.g. dsm from the new datastore

• set the CRS to MapML:something
• 
• press 'Apply' to save the projection
• select 'Reproject Native to Declared', per the User Guide
• press 'Apply' to save the transformation
• calculate the projected bounds
• press 'Apply'
• calculate the lat/lng bounds
• press 'Apply'
• in the Publishing tab check Remote client requests
• 
• press 'Save'
• in the 'Layer Preview' dialog, select the MapML link to the HTML preview document:
• 
• 

What happens:
The layer data is displayed, but not centred nor at the correct zoom

What should happen
The layer data should be centred and at the maximum zoom level for that extent

Note: it appears that the extent is correctly calculated, it's just a problem with the HTML preview zoom and location. If you select 'Zoom to layer' from the layer control context menu for the layer, it displays correctly.
