[Bug]: Cannot access Favorites on in app browser because MetaMask home defaults to Portfolio page

Describe the bug

After a dapp is added to Favorites, it is impossible to access the favorites list because the browser home page https://home.metamask.io/ defaults to Portfolio page.

This is an older issue. See thread discussion here, but it needs to be fixed.

Expected behavior

Be able to access Favorites or remove this option from the browser settings

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Browser
2. Open any dapp page
3. Click the three dot menu on the lower left side
4. Click Add to Favorites
5. Go to https://home.metamask.io/
6. Notice Portfolio page opens and cannot access the saved favorites
