Testing with iPhone 6 and iOS 10 - No Touch Support

First, thank you for taking the time to work on this as it is sorely needed to void having to switch out Touch/HTML5 backends dynamically.

I am testing with iOS 10 and an iPhone 6 and https://github.com/yahoo/react-dnd-touch-backend enabled touch support. However, I'm not getting any touch interaction in iOS with your hybrid library. The Html5 backend does seem to work on the browser, however.

@treyreynolds Hmm. This touch drag and drop is more complicated than I thought. Not sure what the problem is. Unfortunately, I don't have the time to look into this properly at the current time.
Question: Do you mean you're using with React Native on IOS10/iPhone6?

I'm testing this by enabling/disabling the device emulation in Chrome (device toolbar) and while HTML5 works exactly as expected, the touch version sometimes works sometimes not. Can't really figure out what I'm doing differently when I'm able to drag from when I just end up scrolling the page, but will try to look into it :)
