[Bug] Downloads cause Neo Store to hang

Describe the bug

1. Download an application from any repository
2. Neostore's UI will slow down, hang, and in some cases, crash

You can also try this with multiple downloads, which exacerbates the issue.

Expected Behavior

Neo store should be able to handle downloading things without hanging.

This is related to #807: "Allow limiting the number of parallel downloads". As I noted above, increasing the number of simultaneous downloads makes it more likely that neostore will hang, and possibly crash. Having a way to limit the number of parallel downloads would help prevent this problem.

Same here with Samsung XCover 5 / Android 14.

When downloading updates the UI stopps working and eventually the app crashes.

Might be related to #794 since I experience the same problem too.

Somtimes the app won't display anything, wether in "New", "Discover" nor "installed Apps".
Only a force-quit will solve the problem temporarily.
