My GitHub profile has a link that doesn't work: kay.nuitka.net

I would like to have a page that is somehow probably more like a "kay" folder with an index.rstand some sort of landing page for people interesting in myself and what I am doing. I would like to use it on other socials as well.

It should be representative, but just use the same theme and technical base as the rest of the site. The DNS side of things, I can deal with later myself.

Lets discuss what we want to put there.

Working on this. I’ve gathered a few quotes and details that should be included:

I was wondering why there is no Python compiler, to I started contributing to projects that could be good for accelerating Python, e.g. PyPy, but I found them to be too incompatible for usability on large corporate code bases. So I made a toy compiler that turned into a proof of concept, that turned in the real thing, that turned into my day job.

I first presented Nuitka in 2011 on PyCon DE as a working thing. I worked on it 2010 and 2009 more, and my initial git import was 2008

Before that I was using snapshots, I think Nuitka was my first git repo.

I’m also thinking of including a short bio and a photo of you.

Not sure really. Maybe the fact that I recently started learning Spanish. Maybe not too much anyway.
