Change license and apply REUSE #154
Description
While Ondsel is shutting down we discussed within the team to release the server and related components as open source.
For the addon, we decided that LGPL-2.0-or-later was more compatible with the rest of the software and we would like to use the REUSE tool here as well. See issue Ondsel-Development/Ondsel-Server#489 and and PR Ondsel-Development/Ondsel-Server#490.
