Switch to tidy-codegen package for code generation

Wondering if it makes sense to switch to the new tidy-codegen package

to make the codegen tool more robust, extensible, and easier to maintain.

I just switched over my own ad hoc codegen tool for the purescript ethereum libs and it was insanely gratifying

Thanks for this. It looks like a far better way to handle the codegen. Next time I have to add a feature to the codegen side of this project I will look at moving all of it over to use this tool.

I may wait until tidy-codegen has been added to package sets before moving over
