No default jsDelivr CDN file set

This package doesn't have a default file set. You can set it via jsdelivr, browser, or main field in package.json

Not sure what's involved with this but i guess if you can create a default file set you can have automatic CDN with jsDelivr

I think anything that is on npm is on there :)
Still works without the default file set, but just means you have to find the file. Works good though :)
