[Bug] Issues with 'Umlauts' (german special characters)

Describe the bug
The special characters ( ä, ü, ö ) are not recognized as text characters. Therefore the variable names are not recognized and problems are reported.

Expected behavior
VBA-modul export is saved with UTF-8 (to see correct characters), therefore the extension should handle those correct.

I did not write the code by my self and I would not use such characters in my code. But I have to deal with it ;-)
So please do not blame me ...

Considering that, by default, the VBE exports and imports code using the local code page, I'm not sure if we can safely support UTF-8.

If the extension allows any UTF-8 characters in variable names for instance, that could be missleading because you won't be able to import that into a VBA project without problems.

Regarding the charactes mentioned in your issue ( ä, ü, ö ), they are luckily supported in the code page CP1252, so there's no need to fully support UTF-8 in order to support those specific characters.
