Add the ability to create shortcuts to specific Projects' targets #40
Description
It would be great to have an option to "favorite" certain targets.
These are suggestions on how this could implemented from a user point of view.
For each favorite target:
- Add a toolbar group with one button
- Add an entry in the keyboard shortcuts of VS
- Add a menu item to context menu of the solution and/or project
