lazyRegister breaks sortable on mobile devices #4
Description
The polymer 1.4.0 app-toolbox supports lazy registration of elements.
However lazy registration breaks the functioning of the sortable-js component.
on https://www.polymer-project.org/1.0/docs/release-notes #3508 a method is describe to disable lazyregister for a certain component but I haven't managed to get it working.
