nxCloudId was copy pasted from the `pacer` repo

Describe the bug and the steps to reproduce it

The nxCloudId in nx.json seems to be copy pasted from pacer repo which results in Nx Cloud showing CIPEs from both repositories combined.

Please create a new workspace under the TanStack organization, link it to intent, and update nx.json.

The easiest way to do this is by:

• removing nxCloudId property from nx.json and
• running nx connect
