Add an option to disable the popup mini player #12878

Feature description
Add a setting that allows users to turn off the PiP mini player completely.
Why do you want this feature?
When the user clicks on a link in the video description, NewPipe tries to open it in the mini player and asks for picture-in-picture permission. There is currently no way to disable the mini player and play the video in the main player instead.
