The "Options" is Disabled?

The "Options" option in Preferences -> AutoLOD appeared disabled for me today. Until yesterday it was enabled. Now I can no longer change the parameters and I don't understand why it disabled itself.

I might suspect it could be because of issue fixed here:

I recommend to rebase to fork with fixes

Or mine fork, I'll add couple more fixes eventually. Package seems pretty useful, so would be nice to keep it updated
