Implementation of the reporting service in swagger

We need to have the reporting service available into the swagger, as the other services, otherwise we are not able to integrate it in our mobile app.

We have implemented swagger for reporting service as well.
It can be found here.

Also, to have it locally, please follow these instructions.

If you have troubles accessing swagger documentation, please provide more information (like screenshot).
