Description of the issue
On my ThinkPad T490 laptop, when running archinstall, the installer prompts you to connect to a WiFi network if not done already. Pressing yes, it will scan and present a list of discovered networks. Pressing space after selecting one with the arrow keys does nothing, and pressing enter (presumably 'confirm', but the icon in the bottom left is just square so not sure) it will just show a message saying "No wifi networks found" and close archinstall.
