Custom resources: "resourceDefinition" #62

Describe the bug
When additional resources are represented in JSON, the resourceType property contains the name of the resource as allocated by HL7, and an additional property is present, resourceDefinition. The resourceDefinition value is a canonical reference to the definition of the resource and always includes the version explicitly, e.g.,
