Improvement: Add tests to validate alwayslink=True or --incompatible_objc_alwayslink_by_default

When working on #934, we noticed that despite remove force_load_direct_deps and not adding the flag or setting alwayslink=True, all tests were passing. Later it was concluded that there were no tests to test this scenario. Consider adding some tests to validate these changes
