Web hook Logs

Currently there is no way of tracking and moderating transfers. Logs would be one step closer to this goal

Webhook Logs so administrators can set it up to any service that supports webhooks

This is going to be added, just made an issue for reference.

Suggestion: Make it with reqwest. Its needed for the webhook ( or something similar, but reqwest is one of the simplest libraries ) just take my chat relay as an example :)
