How to disable dragging files into in CefOutOfProcess.Wpf.HwndHost

Hi Team,

I have implemented IDragHandler interface and set to DragHandler parameter, but the file still can drag into.
It seems I didn't observe UIElement.DragEnter event, and I observe that in ChromiumWebBrowser.cs in CefOutOfProcess.Wpf.HwndHost, it doesn't work well.

Could you please provide some solutions?
