graphql-2-json-schema 0.1.0-1 doesn't handle enums properly

When I generate a form with a schema field, your current version generates a json schema field with no type, and the form was missing the field.

When I rebuilt your library with the 0.1.1 version, the schema generated a form that worked. Can you release a version with the updated dependency?

+1 to this, would be a pretty simple fix.
