Not work on Windows

I try to use clib on Windows 10 Pro 64bit.

In a folder i try:

1. clib-init
   which creates clib.json:
   { "name": "p1", "version": "0.1.0" }
   and empty folder deps.

After that I try:
2. clib-search cmathl
with reply:
ScientificC/cmathl url: https://github.com/ScientificC/cmathl desc: A pure-C math library with a great variety of mathematical functions. Seeks to be close to C89/C90 compliant for portability.

At least I try to install this library in my project p1:

3. clib-install ScientificC/cmathl
   BUT:
   ` warning : missing repo in clib.json or package.json file for p1
   fetch : ScientificC/cmathl:clib.json
   tar: Error opening archive: Failed to open '\.\tape0'

gzip: stdout: Broken pipe`

Is there some problem with the cmathl clib package in your packages repository?

On windows, I had to install gzip (choco install gzip).
But it did not install the packages.
