- Every time I add a user to the system, they should receive an email notification.
- Email verification and password management for new users should be functioning properly.
I have already configured my .env file with SMTP settings, port 587 (TLS), and port 465, and I’ve verified my credentials. For other projects, emails are successfully received. However, in this project, I am not receiving email verification, ticket update notifications, or emails about new tickets and their assignees.
Is there a configuration issue, or have I missed any settings? I would appreciate more detailed information on how to ensure email notifications are properly set up.
