Restructuring workshop

I think it might be beneficial to start the workshop with the bash files (02), then go to the first file (01) to have students set up their github accounts etc, and then move on to the git files (03).

Also, it might be worth sending out the information re. making a github account and setting up a passkey etc before the workshop, as this took quite some time and was confusing to the students. Splitting this workshop into two 2-hour sessions would also help.
