Is openssl3.0 and FIPS140-3 already support for envoy-openssl project ?

As title ,
Does anyone can help give some comments for this OpenSSL 3.0 support in envoy-openssl ? And also did this project support the FIPS140-3 already ?

We are using OpenSSL 3 as a shared library and using OpenSSL 3 fips provider support.
