Enever Tariffs - New 15min resolution feed

Enever now offers 15-min resolution price feeds for the same providers.

Since EEX and many energy vendors utilize 15-min resolution prices, would be possible to adapt the enever templete to add these as an option?

(@andig the added value of enever is that they add all taxes and costs specific per provider on top of the EEX. So you really get the end consumer price.)

These are configurable on all evcc tariffs. So it seems really no need or just as wrapper around eex?

But from the end user perspective it might seem attractive to just select a preconfigured energy provider and have the final price readily available.

To compile the formula for my energy provider it takes some effort to compile the numbers:
