I found a bug, when moving a (published) document/resource in the Tree onto/into a deleted page (so it should be a folder) the published resource will disappear completely!!

Thanks, reviewed this one together with the local PRD/SPEC package.

What looks most likely so far:

• This is the kind of manager-tree move bug that probably needs both a UI guard and a server-side guard.
• If the tree allows dropping into a deleted parent and the backend still accepts that move, the resource can disappear from the normal manager flow even though it still exists.
• The safest decomposition here is to inspect the drag/drop validation in the UI and the final move validation on the backend together.

Implemented a bounded fix for this in PR #2243.

What is included:

• blocked dragging resources into deleted tree nodes in the manager UI
• kept backend move validation explicit for deleted or missing parents
• added focused JS and PHP regression coverage for the guarded move path

What was verified:

• targeted JS regression test passed
• targeted PHP regression test passed
• existing feature smoke test passed
• touched PHP and JS files passed syntax checks
• local runtime smoke check passed on the task branch
