Per some discussions/comments, split off from #193

• flux mini bulksubmit / flux mini submit --cc / flux sub-instances scaling - "submitting jobs faster" (fast_job_submission: add new guide #195)
• flux job wait / flux job status / flux mini --wait / --flags = waitable: "waiting for a job to complete"
• advanced job submission - all the resource request combos, batch, alloc, launch a shell, attach, cancel, kill, dependencies?
• medium advanced workflow - perhaps split resources, one does compute, other processes I/O or does machine learning?
• what is a subinstance / why should i care
  • pic with resource division?
  • contrast to flux submit/run.
  • why does flux do this
    • scalability, distribute work, etc.
    • example showing mixed users in flux jobs?

FYI - I don't think flux-tree is installed as part of Fluxion now, it is testsuite only thing.
