Check that we set `user.*` attrs [https://develop.sentry.dev/sdk/telemetry/spans/span-protocol/#common-attribute-keys](<https://develop.sentry.dev/sdk/telemetry/spans/span-protocol/#common-attribute-keys>) on all spans if user info is available.
