Irrelevant paragraph in the GH runner docs?

Was going through the GH hosted runners docs and was confused why this is relevant because this is referring to the network connection of the GH hosted runner, not mine. Why would that be relevant to me? If it's for avoiding tasks on the runner that slow down the connection, why is it in the overview?

Am I missing something?

@ShriKaranHanda Can you give me a link to the article? We have thousands and it's not always easy to find the correct one. Often support adds these little non sequiturs to appease people complaining we don't have documentation on something that gave them trouble. Based on the placement and the fact it's a separate paragraph connected to nothing else in the section, it wouldn't surprise me if this was one of those.
