[BUG] Keyboard shortcuts not working on Flatpak version 11.6.0

Description

I just upgraded my Flatpak to 11.6.0, now many keyboard shortcuts aren't working anymore like Ctrl+Enter in the commit box or Ctrl+Shift+O.
