Gemini API randomly returns Invalid API key

• OS: Linux Ubuntu
• Language runtime version: Python 3.13.2
• Package version: 1.12.1

Steps to reproduce

1. Just send multiple requests to the API
2. I am using gemini-3-flash-preview model

I’m also using the gemini-3.1-pro-preview model on a Raspberry Pi 5 setup. Interestingly, I haven't encountered the 'Invalid API Key' error yet. It might be a transient issue with the preview server in your region, or perhaps try updating the library using pip install -U google-generativeai. Hope this helps!"

@Venkaiahbabuneelam @UniverseDragon14 It has stopped happening since I updated the package to the latest version.

So I will go ahead to close this issue.
