Add empty day cells on the last row of the last month

Here is a picture that will explain what I'm thinking exactly:

This isn't a problem when the day cell width is fixed, but if you use dynamic width based on available space (which I always do), the days no longer align with the weekday names. This was fine on v7, but now having upgraded to v9, I noticed this.

@Toni997 I see what you mean. It makes sense to me, since the startMonth empty cells for the outside days are available anyway.
