[Bug]: Typo in template for reporting playground/website issues

When creating a new issue here on gitlab using both the templates for the playground or websites, it has

`Make sure to inlcude any relevant information`

"inlcude" has a typo. Should be "include". Not a big deal; but also an easy fix so reporting it.
