Add new Kotlin mini-project: Pomodoro Timer (CLI)

I would like to contribute a new Kotlin mini-project: a command-line Pomodoro Timer built using coroutines.
The project follows the repository’s contribution guidelines:

Code is under 100 lines

Fully runnable using Kotlin + Gradle

Includes a README.md with instructions

No unnecessary dependencies

Easy to understand and useful as a standalone script
