Add allowSlowTypes option to jsr.json

I maintain 15+ JSR packages. Some of them have slow types, some don't.

It's painful to remember which are which. So i've built a tool which checks whether jsr.json has "allowSlowTypes": true, and based on that it adds a flag on jsr publish.

I think it would be useful to have it out-of-box.

Why not add a task so you could do say: deno task publish

Deno is not a requirement for jsr.

I have a sophisticated CI pipeline for security, it verifies whether jsr.json exists and does the publish. Adding deno to equation means installing it first, which means using non-github workflow. Then the deno namespace needs to be trusted first for specific repositories (in gh settings). Deno is not a requirement for jsr.

It was an example. In your workflow you use npm so the equivalent would be npm run publish.

Doing so would require adding a no-op “publish”: “jsr publish” task to 12 repos. Then in 3 remaining ones with slow types.
