Create and document the recommended workflow for Backup and Restore of a deployed Konveyor instance

We want to walk through and document the recommended path for users to backup their Konveyor instances so they are protected from data loss.

As part of this task, let's ensure that we at a minimum:

• Populate a Konveyor instance with at least 2 sample applications and ensure each sample application has run an analysis from the Hub
• Backup the Konveyor instance
• Delete the Konveyor instance
• Restore the Konveyor instance
• Verify the previous data was restored as desired

After we have proven the backup and restore workflow let's document this in a markdown doc in this repository.
