[Bug] With responsive behavior for issue information, right side cut off and not rendering when 'Large' fonts set in Chrome

Environment: Mac M1 Laptop 16" using Chrome with 'Large' fonts

Information with an issue is being cut off

I need to reposition window to be off of screen and continue to extend to then be able to see the cut off area.

To recreate use Chrome and set to Font Size 'Large

If I go down to 'Medium' its OK

I think this is still worth looking into as the responsive behavior I think needs a little attention to help ensure we are good for more screen sizes.
