[Docs] Implement Local Evaluation for Layer5 Academy Tests

Description

Currently, the evaluation of quizzes and tests in the Layer5 Academy requires a logged-in connection to a cloud server. This limitation prevents developers from performing test evaluations locally.

The goal of this issue is to address this constraint by implementing a solution that enables tests to be evaluated locally. After implementation, we will also need to update the documentation with clear instructions for developers.
